We hope that you love what you ordered from PRESAVA. But in the event that you don’t, or it’s not the proper fit we’ve made it simple as possible to return items to us and we will do our best to issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.
Returns
Returns of full-price merchandise request must be sent to [email protected] within 3days from arrival of merchandise. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt and tag with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise, jewelry, accessories and swimwear are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned.
PLEASE NOTE: All Sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
- Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email to [email protected]
- Simply locate your order and confirm the merchandise you wish to return. Your RMA number will be generated automatically and emailed to you, along with return instructions.
- Mail us your item(s) using your choice of shipping carrier such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX to be sure that the orders can be tracked.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
How to Return Merchandise in Store
- Full-price merchandise can be returned at our location for an exchange only. Return the item to a sales associate along with your invoice. The sales associate will then initiate the return process for you.
